Funky Business is fully insured and we can accommodate a variety of sound & technical configurations.
We Provide Sound
We hire sound tech subcontractors we know and trust. Their systems are customizable for nearly any venue, from a small, intimate gathering to a 1000-capacity hall, and expandable to a small-to-medium outdoor setting like a small park, acreage, large backyard, or small festival.
The band provides a mobile stage light presentation consisting of color wash, up lighting, spots, and effects. Lights are primarily Chauvet DJ brand and similar, and are controlled on-stage by the band.
Full Band-Provided Plot (Click to Zoom)
The band also provides a hybrid digital, wireless in-ear monitoring system, fully operable by the band and integrable with analog XLR tails into any engineer- or house-provided snake.
Venue/Organization Provides Sound
We have a great working relationship with larger sound companies like Rockfan Entertainment, NoCo Sound & Stage, Knapp Productions, and others with their full stage and line array sound options. We coordinate needs with them before every show and can customize any supplemental gear as required. We create a tailored stage plot for every gig.
