Rae might be petite, but there is nothing tiny about her voice…or her sass. She loves developing the energy of a room and watching people have a good time. Her experience with singing has matured over the years, evolving from rocking along to the radio to singing for a professional band out of Denver that did corporate events and wedding gigs. When not doing something musical, Rae enjoys running, volleyball, eating (she’s Italian after all), and playing superheroes with her two young boys.
Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Chris Adams-Wenger attended Bradley University and has taught Instrumental music since 2010. He has spent his life performing a wide variety of music with his very musical family and friends in choirs, musicals, orchestras, plays, rock bands and operas. Chris moved to Greeley, Colorado in 2016 to lead the Orchestra and Choir department at Union Colony Preparatory School, where he also directs improvisational comedy and theatre ensembles. He loves igniting the passion of music in others and hopes to make everyone happier wherever he is. Chris loves cars, mopeds (not to be confused with scooters), adventures and climbing.
Natalie has been playing the piano since starting lessons in first grade. After decades of considering the piano superior to any keyboard with a cord attached, she has come to terms with lugging around a keyboard as opposed to a grand piano and might even get gutsy enough to try some funky synthesizer sounds. She has a bachelors degree in English literature and Master of Arts degree in education, and she taught high school English before taking off with her husband to live in Bolivia for a year. She now spends her days professionally momming her two sons and teaching private piano lessons.

Born in north-central South Dakota, Buck moved with his family to Northern Colorado in the early '70s and has called it his home ever since. Buck discovered a deep love for music at a very young age, bought his first bass guitar right out of high school, and has never stopped playing! He has played and performed for audiences since the early '90s, and loves to do so. Since that time, he has had the privilege of working with some of the finest musicians in the region. By the late '90s, he started playing in church bands on a regular basis. This is where he met his beautiful wife Megan. They were married in September of 2000. Buck has worked with a number of band-type projects and productions over the years, and continues to volunteer his talents at his local church on a regular basis. During the week, when he isn’t thumping strings, Buck loves working as an accomplished residential painting contractor and has owned and operated his own business since the mid-late 90’s. Buck has 4 children, 2 boys/2 girls (ironically, ALL musicians!) and 1 grandchild (so far). He enjoys science-fiction movies, and during football season, it’s rare to see him and Megan miss a Bronco game!
Marc has been playing drums & percussion since he was 10 years old and studied music at a small private college in Iowa. Though he has a background in orchestral and theatre percussion, he never misses an opportunity to wail on a drum set to some rock or funky grooves. Some of his favorite drummers include Carter Beauford, Neil Peart, Gene Krupa, and John Bonham. When he’s not percussing, Marc likes to hike, travel, ski, remodel houses, work on stained glass, and correct peoples’ grammar.
Dave Lunn lives in Fort Collins, where he teaches high school and middle school instrumental music. He plays saxophone in several different bands in a variety of styles, from salsa to jazz to soul and more. He earned a Masters degree in Saxophone performance from Colorado State University and has played with the Temptations, the Four Tops, Frank Sinatra, Jr. and other local talent. When not playing music or hanging out with his three awesome kids, he is particularly fond of rock climbing and mountaineering in Colorado’s beautiful high places. He is also trying to get really good at playing the didgeridoo.
Eric has played trumpet since 5th grade at Mary Blair Elementary school. He has a music minor from Adams State University and has played for many years with local swing groups and concert bands. The squarest player in Funky Business makes up for it with a tolerable wit. He also produces 30% less spit through his horn than some players (completely true and not made up fact). His all time favorite player is Louis Armstrong. He's an active community member, Rotarian, and soccer player.
Rob Borger studied music education at Penn State University and later received a Masters in Jazz Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. Rob teaches band in Greeley and is an avid disc sport athlete.
